The part you've missed maybe is the Key on his body, actually Triss should find it. For the 'Full Crew' trophy, you need the following people: Triss, Keira, Zoltan, Vernon (with Ves), Hjalmar and Ermion. Letho doesn't count towards the trophy, everybody else won't help you.
